How this list is built
Two layouts from one source: a full-page list for your binder or to hand a clinician, and a wallet card sized to ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 (CR80, 85.60 × 53.98 mm) for your wallet. Both print on a regular printer.
Wallet-card meds: the first six meds in your list go on the card by default. Tick Wallet-card priority on any row to pin it; flagged rows fill the slots first, then the rest fill from the top. If you flag more than six, the first six in list order print and the others stay on the full list.
Allergies: if you leave the field empty, both the full list and the wallet card print "None known" rather than a blank line — that's the clinical default.
Optional columns: on the full-page list, columns where every row is empty are hidden — so a list without refill dates won't print an empty refill column.
Privacy: nothing leaves this device. Your list is saved in this browser's local storage and is cleared with the Clear all entries button.
