How this is calculated

Each reading is banded against ADA Standards of Care 2025 thresholds (context-keyed by reading type):

Hypo: ≤70 mg/dL (any tag).
Fasting / Pre-meal in range: 80–130 mg/dL.
Post-meal (2 hr) in range: <180 mg/dL.
Very high: ≥250 mg/dL (gated to fasting / pre-meal / post-meal).
Bedtime: varies — ADA publishes no numeric target.

Unit conversion: 1 mmol/L = 18.0182 mg/dL. 7-day average is a simple mean (n≥2). Time-in-Range computes the fraction of fasting/pre-meal/ post-meal rows between 70–180 mg/dL (n≥5).
