What this worksheet is (and isn't)
This is a general organizational worksheet for pesticide applications — designed for solo applicators and small operators who want a clean digital + printable record of what they sprayed, where, and when. It captures the same fields you'd transcribe onto an official state form.
What it does: stores entries on this device only, sorts by most-recent-first, exports to CSV (the primary backup artifact), and prints one entry per block for a binder.
What it does NOT do: meet federal or state pesticide recordkeeping requirements; validate EPA registration numbers; look up product labels; aggregate to a Pesticide Use Report; determine whether your data is "complete" for compliance.
Free-text fields are intentional — a product database would imply correctness, and "looks compliant" is a judgment for your state's regulator, not for this tool. Consult your state's regulator for compliance recordkeeping.
