How this is calculated

Stops are grouped by day, then sorted within the day by zone (alpha) and preferred window (ascending). Free-text windows like "9:00 AM", "morning", or "PM" are parsed permissively; unparseable windows sort to the end of their zone. Per-day totals are simple sums of duration minutes; per-crew totals roll those up by the crew label assigned to each stop. There is no drive-time calculation, no map call, and no auto-optimization — those are deliberately user judgment calls.

The capacity warning fires when a day's scheduled minutes strictly exceed your working hours per day (default 8). The stops/day sanity warning fires when a day's stop count strictly exceeds the trade preset's typical operator range:

lawn-solo 14 stops/day
lawn-crew2 22
pest 12
cleaning 6
handyman 8
custom (your number)

Ranges drawn from public synthesis of trade-association rules of thumb (mowing solo 8–14, mowing crew 14–22, pest 8–12, cleaning 3–6, handyman / inspection 6–10). They are typical ceilings, not universal rules — set Custom if your route density differs.
